GM / DGM / AGM- Sub-Contracting Services (SCM)
📌Qualification
o B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
📌Work Experience Required
o 12+ years of experience in similar role
📌Industry experience
o Road, Railways, Metro
📌Role Description
1. Should be able to negotiate & finalize subcontracts in road construction industry with specific focus on the below areas-
o Earthwork/Embankment Contracts
o Structure Work Contracts including Major bridges, Minor Bridges, Culverts, Underpass, RE Wall
o Retaining work, Slope protection work,
o Sub-grade, Sub-base, Granular Sub Base, WMM, DBM, BC, DLC, PQC Contracts
o Road marking, Road Furniture Contracts
o Equipment Hiring & Operations Contracts
o Engineering Services - Design & Consulting
o General Services - Admin & IT Contracts
o Horticulture & Tree plantation
o Toll Plazas Operations Contracts
o Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Contracts
2. Knowledge of sub-contracting procedures and legal framework
3. Commercial acumen and ability to carry out the first principal costing of subcontracts and to conduct the cost benefit analysis
4. Should be able to leverage sub-contractor network in road construction industry

o Negotiation Skills
o Knowledge of SAP/ERP tool
o Knowledge of legal framework and taxation
