Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical
Skills:-
-At least 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of all phases of Residential property management services.
-Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
-Having knowledge of Soft Services, Safety and Security.
-Excel at customer relations, financial analysis and physical property management.
-Genuine team player with excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Adaptability, attention to detail and a truly collaborative approach to stakeholders is required.
-Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Plan and implement training programs for department staff and clients.
Location: Dharuhera, Haryana (35 kms from Gurgaon), In site accommodation available.
Salary: 6 lac CTC
