• Responsible for all type maintenance activity in Machine Maintenance and utility (breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance).
• Root cause and CAPA analysis for major breakdowns and revised preventive maintenance schedule if required.
• To maintain assured monthly maintenance budget.
• Responsible for availability of spares
• To keep up all essential department objectives and provide all related data with a presentation in daily and monthly review meetings.
• Calculating and analyzing all maintenance related data as MTTR, MTBF, Energy Cost, and DG Utilization, etc. and responsible for representation in monthly review meetings.
• Performing Kaizen and increasing its awareness.
• Skill improving for the team and team work.
• All maintenance related documentation for audits (ISO: 14001, ISO: 1800,IATF 16949,OHSAS)
• Machine Maintenance ( CNC, VMC , INJECTION MOULDING)
• Utility Maintenance (ETP , STP )
Mitsubishi, PLC Robot
• HT/LT Line
• Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• Good knowledge in Electrical circuit designing
• Knowledge Relay Logics
• ACB,VCB DG, Compressor & Cooling Tower
• Auditing and Documentation
